Munyaka obtained his LLBS (Hons) degree from the University of Zimbabwe in 1994. He worked in private practice in Harare for two years before moving to Botswana at the end of 1996. He co-founded the firm in 2001. He also holds an LLM in Import and Export Law from Potchefstroom University in South Africa. Munyaka is admitted as a legal practitioner in both Zimbabwe and Botswana.
