Godknows Nyangwa

Godknows has provided advisory support on compliance in the infrastructure, energy and natural resources sectors and has interests in aviation law and finance. He handles portfolios in dispute resolution, commercial litigation, employment litigation and insolvency matters.

Kelvin T. Madzedze

Kelvin specialises in structuring, negotiating and documenting investments in Zimbabwe. He has experience in advising local and international investors on infrastructure PPPs. He advises and represents a range of clients including major corporate clients, banks, financial institutions, asset management firms and private equity investors.

Abigail Mbuyisa

Abigail represents financial institutions in commercial litigation matters in the superior courts of Zimbabwe. She has advised a range of corporate clients in international transactions. Abigail’s experience covers all aspects of tax law including assisting clients with disputes against ZIMRA, tax litigation, tax planning, restructuring and employee tax issues.
