MS TEAM GUIDES FLAM TO LIST THE EAGLE REIT ON THE VFEX

The MS Team, headed by senior partner VB Sibanda, has guided Fidelity Life Asset Management in listing the Eagle Real Estate Investment Trust on the Victoria Falls Stock Exchange. This is the first REIT to be listed on the VFEX.

REITs offer a simplified way to invest in property without owning physical assets. They are generally more liquid, provide regular income through dividends, and require no direct management by investors. The object behind the listing is to unlock offshore capital for infrastructure development and diversify Zimbabwe’s capital markets.

VB was in Victoria Falls on May 16, 2025, to experience this groundbreaking event, which was officiated by the Finance Minister, Dr Mthuli Ncube.
