Zola Ndlovu specialises in trade marks, designs and patent matters. With clients in many sectors, Zola’s experience ranges from clearing brands for use, through to preparing Africa-wide registration programs. During her time at MawereSibanda, Zola has gained experience in prosecuting applications and handling complex intellectual property disputes, including appeals and infringement cases in the courts. Zola also has experience advising in relation to employment law issues and civil litigation.
